Connect was engaged to design and build a basement substation in the heart of Sydney as part an inner city residential redevelopment project. The project is an example of urban renewal utilising innovative architectural design to deliver 45 luxury apartments and premium ground floor retail space.
The complex project required Connect’s team to manage interactions with both Sydney Trains and Ausgrid electrical assets as well as manage traffic on one Sydney’s busiest public transport routes.
